General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
for Lady Suits LLC
1. Scope of Application
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by customers through the Lady Suits online store at www.lady-suits.com.
1.2 For the purposes of these GTC, customers may be consumers or businesses.
2. Contracting Party and Conclusion of Contract
2.1 The contracting party is Lady Suits LLC, based in Miami, Florida.
2.2 By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to enter into a purchase agreement. The contract is concluded only upon confirmation of the order by Lady Suits LLC via email.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1 All prices are stated in U.S. dollars and include applicable sales tax, where required by law.
3.2 The online store accepts the following payment methods: credit card and PayPal.
3.3 Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made within 10 days of conclusion of the contract.
4. Delivery and Shipping
4.1 Delivery is available within the United States and internationally, where indicated on the website.
4.2 Shipping costs will be clearly displayed to the customer before the order is completed.
4.3 Standard delivery times are generally approximately 15 days but may vary depending on the destination, availability, and shipping conditions.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
5.1 Where applicable, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing a reason.

10. Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions

11. Severability
If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced, where legally permissible, by a valid provision that most closely reflects the purpose and economic intent of the original provision.
