RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you enter into a contract as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within the statutory withdrawal period. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. In the case of multiple items delivered in separate packages, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last package.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, for example by letter sent by post, telephone, or email.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your notification exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
1. Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.
2. All custom-made, made-to-measure, individually customized, or otherwise personalized suits are excluded from exchange, return, and withdrawal. This includes suits produced according to the customer's individual measurements, specifications, fabric selections, design choices, or other personal requirements.
3. Contracts for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
4. Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.
The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the original transaction. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
Returns are free of charge.
We will inspect the returned items and inform you of your entitlement to a refund of the amounts paid. The refund will be processed as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your withdrawal, subject to our right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received or proof of return has been provided, whichever occurs first.
The refund will always be made using the same payment method that you used for the original purchase.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if that diminished value results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
